Dairy Gold
This liquid TMR ingredient is a unique blend of quality sugars and readily available carbohydrates, designed to specifically stimulate rumen microbial activity and milk producing microbial protein development.

Sugar
30% sugars from multiple sources providing a varied selection of mono and disaccharides for the vast rumen microbial population. Research shows rumen bugs grow better with multiple sugars
Protein
10% protein (on 50% DM basis) is our standard product with 3% coming from slow-release technology NPN. Soluble protein levels compliment the sugar levels for optimal rumen fermentation. Custom levels of protein are also available using our slow release technology.
Fat
A natural level of 1.5% fat (on 50% DM basis) is included in Dairy Gold. Higher levels can be included in customized diets if additional energy is needed. Unlike topdressing dry fat, added fat is highly palatable in Dairy Gold formulations.
Minerals
LFI minerals are already in solution – ready to be absorbed, consequently providing high bioavailability. Colloidal technology helps suspend minerals in liquid – which is the state that the minerals must be in order to be absorbed. Selenium is not included to our base product, however this can be added to custom mixes, in which we use a water soluble whey protein as carrier.
Vitamins
Vitamins A, D and E can be added to customized Dairy Gold to meet your specific needs. In addition, molasses is known to be a natural source of biotin and several B-vitamins.
No Sorting
The liquid consistency of Dairy Gold, inherent sugar sticking ability, and the sweet taste of molasses blend into your TMR providing each mouthful with a uniform supply of nutrients – sorting is virtually eliminated.
Easy Handling
Dairy Gold liquid feed is free flowing all year round. LFI can size up your requirements and install a turnkey tank, pump and line system into your TMR wagon so all you do is control the switch.
