Haylage10
Haylage 10 utilizes the high natural sugar content of molasses and corn sweeteners to get your fermentation off to a quick start. Haylage 10 has 30% sugars (on a 50% Dry Matter Basis) that provide the natural bacteri in the forages to get started in the fermentation process. In-Vitro digestibility trials have shown an increase in Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) by up to 31% over non-treated haylage – this means you get more energy from your forages. Haylage 10 is typically added at the silo when the haylage is blown in and some ingenious customers directly in the field as the haylage is blown onto trucks. Some customers apply Haylage 10 on the top of their bunker silo, with the molasses acting as a seal while also providing an excellent top layer of preserved haylage.

• Improved NDF digestibility of 31% (2.1kg milk)
• Increases quality of forage
• Easy to apply
When using as a bunker seal use an application rate of 2kg – 4kg/sq.ft, or mix thoroughly with haylage prior to ensilaging at 25kg/ton of haylage at 45% moisture
